was nice to read your article on the book of Walsh.
think its a beautiful book but old maybe a bit to old.
The names of the Chinese tea he mentioned they are unknown for me.iam very much interested in blending tea,not the traditional ones but a bit more free.
Like afternoon tea,all day tea,summer tea etc
I placed many requests for some advise of this blending because Mr Walsh didn&#039;t pay much attention of the proportions of the tea that are used
if you know more about this item please help me from your own knowledge,books or people you know
and about Walsh as you write as far as i remember well he did not recommend different grates to use.
